First day I got holly she was about 4 or 5 years old. she wasn't in the best shape but as soon as i seen her i feel in love i brought her home and washed her with fairy liquid to make her presentable to the family hoping they would let her stay.... Holly was given a great home and had a wonderful life.
I will miss your wagging tail, the way you never bark unless you want food or a cuddle. The way you would burrow as close into me as you could and would reconise when I was upset, the way you would be so happy and excited to see me, the way you let me know when you had enough walking and when it was time to go home, the way you fell asleep in my arms, the way you snored so loud i couldn't hear the telly sometimes. the way you followed me around the house. the way you would jump into a car any chance you got. i will miss your smell and the feel of your coat and under your belly where i would cuddle into to. miss how i would bath you then we dried you by cuddling in the towel. the way you cried if i left you alone for one second in the car, the way you ran around the kitchen in excitement when you came home from being groomed or a walk etc..the way you used to find the most comfortable place in the house to go asleep under the bed, on my clothes, or in a duvet, the way you would do a little wiggle dance with excitement.the way when you where in beside me in the bed and would put your arm on my neck or rest your head on my neck or let me hold you for the whole night. the way you sat in my arms upright like a little baby, the way you used to go down to mams shower and rob the bar of soap and try bring it to your bed, the way you would scratch the door. how you would go for a little walk to the big tree and back. Im glad we found each other you where the best dog and im heartbroken and all i want to do right now is to cuddle you cos im upset..
This Doggy was my best friend happy and sad times she was there to cuddle.
I buried her today in my back garden with my friendship bracelet i have the other one. may plant a holly tree in this place :)
