I remember when I first got Rocko...He was the biggest sweetheart and I had just gotten another dog before that which is Hendrix Lynn. They got along so good and we went for walks and played..they always were watching for me when I would be coming home from work and was so happy to see me as I was just as happy to see them..they were like my kids and we were a family..I never thought it would ever happen after having both dogs for a good 2 years and they always got along Rocko attacked Hendrix and then it would just be every few months just randomly they'd be laying there and all of a sudden where on eachother fighting like the first time it happened so I had to start keeping them apart which was sad cuz they'd been like brother and sister and I've had them since they were puppies..eventually I moved into a place where I couldnt have them and had to move them over to a friends house until I got a place where i could have them both back in my life again..well i ended up going to prison for 4 months and once I got out and started living with my dad and step-mom and was told once i got the money to get a pin set up for them outside I'd be able to move them over here so I could have them back in my life...today Friday, Feb. 15th I received a phone call that Rocko had bitten a person and couldnt be there any longer and with me not having a place for him to go and with knowing that he would randomly get into it with my other dog and always had to keep them apart and that he had bit a human being..I didnt have much choice in what I could do..they say once a dog turns that way they dont change back and I can't keep a dog if its going to attack people and could possible hurt someone seriously in the future..I had to make the decision of having my baby buy Rocko put down at age 4 yrs. old...I dont think I will ever be able to forgive myself for doing this and breaking my promise to him that I'd never let anything happen to him..its something thats always going to be in the back of my mind that I failed him. I'm sorry Rocko you was a great dog until you started doing those things..I wish there was a way to change what has happened and to of fixed you to where you didnt do those things..please forgive me and I'll never forget you. Rocko you will always been in my heart and I will always love you and miss you..I just hope that you can forgive me for what choice I had to make and I pray that you will be in a better place in dog heaven...I am thankfully still going to be able to get hendrix once I get a pin put up for her its just to bad I wasnt able to get Rocko sooner and avoided the situation we had and the choice I had to make...Im so sorry Rocko and I love you and am going to miss you very very much..I have faith that you are in a better place and that one day I will get to see you again in heaven...I'll never forget you...
