Nikki you were an amazing dog and we will forever love and miss you.

Nikki, we are so happy to have been lucky enough to have you in our lives for so long and will forever keep your memories alive, so many memories over 18 years together. As a puppy you were very playful and loved being trained, walks to the park were never a bore with you not only did you love playing fetch but would also have a great time on the play equipment, going down the slide and climbing the ladder, you would make me laugh in wonderment of your abilities from such a young age. As you grew and started to go to work with your Daddy, Nev, an amazing tradies dog you became, climbing ladders and walking confidently and easily across floor joists never to falter(almost never) and then jumping back into Nev's arms on the ladder to get down. Every word spoken to you, you responded to with such loyalty, friends with many dogs and so good with children( although you used to love to round up the kids and occasionally nip at their heels in excitement). You got us through so many hard times with all the love you gave and got to enjoy all the happy moments right by our side. Though out your life you had your fair share of ups and downs medically and the odd injury but amazingly and unexpectedly you came though each one and bounced back to your old self. We were so happy you got to know our son, Nathan, and form such a close relationship with him, at nearly 6 years old he is blessed to have known you honey. I have too many memories of you to list them all but the main thing I will always remember about you is your utter loyalty and kindheartedness toward your family and all those lives you touched, and there was so many lives you touched. My dear sweet Nikki Girl we miss you so very much and I know you are in heaven with all your many doggy friends who have been waiting such a long time for you to join them.
