Benny was kind. He knew how to love and he was certainly was loved. He didn't know he was a dog, he didn't act like one. He was just content with being around his family and showing his little brother Max the ropes. He didn't like walking on a leash and he didn't like riding in cars. He was wise. He was best at making you feel better without saying anything at all. When he looked at you, he looked at you with love. His time on earth was spent loving others. No one knew what kind of dog he was, that's why we knew the minute we saw him that he was going to be our very best friend. Benny, we love you. We will miss you and I'm glad we all got to tell you goodbye. I'm glad you got the chance to die peacefully at home, in our arms. We love you Benny!! We look forward to seeing you again!
