Your live was long and hopefully well lived. You are the best

I don't remember when we got you, I was very young and so were you, we grew up together and experienced life together. You'd always be scratching at my door if it wasn't open bringing toys in trying to play with me. As you grew older you lost your eyesight gradually, seemed less interested in playing and more in sleeping but was not any less interested in hanging out and keeping me company when I needed it. You got me through hard times and I returned the favor. This morning on September 24th you passed away, I cannot express how much I miss you and wish our final moments together were a little better. I hope to see you one day again and for you to see me.

September 24th will never be forgotten and I will keep you in my thoughts as time moves on.
