If I only knew why you were wagging your tail so hard, that is, your final goodbye, I would've taken a good long look at your cute lovely face and said my proper goodbye to you too. If I only knew that those were the last few minutes of your life, I would've hugged you so hard and cherished those last few minutes. You came into my life as surprise and you left me so suddenly and unexpectedly. It breaks my heart to realize that I'll never see you again but you'll always be in my heart forever.

There are countless memories of you for me to list here but there is one, I'll always remember. One new year's eve, I decided to stay home to celebrate with my family and little did I know that they all had plans of their own. So it was just you and me sitting in the living room with our little hats on. You didn't like to wear those silly hats but I made you wear it and we welcomed the new year together.... just you, me and Dick Clark. I was so thankful that you were there with me sitting by my side and I can tell that you were so happy that I was sitting next to you too.

I know you always thought you were one of us and weren't too happy socializing with other dogs. It seems like there are many good dogs in doggy heaven so be nice to them and befriend them. However, it's okay if you still don't like them cuz I asked God to take care of you. Please say hello to D.J. for me. Please run, eat, bark, and sleep to your heart's content and think of me once in awhile when you get bored and tired from having too much fun. I miss you so much my dear Tomie. I'll always remember you and keep you close to my heart forever.
