She loved her daddy with all her little poodle heart. God please watch over her for daddy.

We have had Missy since she was a puppy, and at that time I traveled a lot for work and missed a lot of her growing up. As I changed jobs, where I wasn't gone so much she was my constant friend. She set by me or was in my lap. As time went on, when she was losing sight in one eye we went to the medical center at LSU and had tests run. Some were hard on her but she never complained as long as daddy was close. She enjoyed her rides in the car with the window down so she could let the wind blow her face.
When she lost sight in the other eye she still managed to get around fine, but as time went on we knew her health was showing the signs.

We went to bed as always at about 10:00PM. later my wife woke me up and said that Missy wasn't acting right, Missy slept in bed with us. She had given her a 1/2 baby asprin but she was breathing very hard. I went down stairs with her and she was very confused, I knew the end was near. I layed down on the floor next to her and told her I was here ( she was blind for over a year) and petted her, I ask God to let her go and that I would be okay. She passed away shortly after that.

She went with so much courage, I only hope I can leave this earth with her courage. She was in fair heath up until the end. She had a good supper and treat and went out side with me as always, we believe she may have had a stroke or heart attack, not sure. She left us at 2:45 AM on 12/21/2010.
