Tyson, we knew time was running out. Your leg was operated on and we thought we would have you for another 3 yrs, but the cancer was just too aggressive. You were one of the best dogs I have known, always so gentle and loving. I know you had a beautiful life with my Daughter and Son-In-Law and you went places that other dogs dream of. You even spent 2 years living in Melbourne and having to tolerate the cold weather and your bones ached but you wouldn't have had it no other way, as long as you were with your loving and doting parents. I am just so glad I got time with you not only in Melbourne but also when you all returned back here In Queensland just before Xmas 2011. I know you were really happy to come back and play with Harley, your best friend, he will really miss you as with all of us. You really were a member of the family. Also on Australia Day you got to play with stella and our new Pug of 5 months Ainsleigh, you 2 really hit if off, gently playing tug of war with her.
Even though we didn't know what was going on in your body except that you may have to have the leg off soon, you still showed Stella who was the boss, but not too viciously just enough to let her know. We really had a great day that day all of us together playing and catching the ball.

Tyson you will neve have to worry about thunder storms again. I know when a storm was brewing your mum would ring me and I would go out to your home here and check that you were alright and put you under the house so you would be ok. But the funniest thing was when you left to live in Melbourne, your Mum & Dad bought a house with the tiniest doggy door and when a storm was coming you would get yourself through this,how with the size you were, we were amazed, but you did it every time no worries, this door was only big enough for a pug size dog,
One of the saddest things was you never got to see your daddy before you left as he is working overseas,but when your mum rang him to tell him, he was very upset and hoped that you knew that he loved you, you were very much your daddy's boy.

We never thought for a minute that this horrible disease would take you so soon.
Well tyson, you will never be forgotten by any of us, I just hope you find Jezabelle (pug) our other granddaughter who we lost on the 16 July 2010 just over 6 mths ago. We still haven't fully recovered from the loss of her and now we have to loose you, so Tysie our tears will now be for both of you and know that we truly miss and love you and wish you could be here with us. Take care Old Man till we meet again look after Jezz for us.
