Gretie was a dog that was very abused and used for breeding purposes for 12 years of her life. . My daugher and grandaughter rescued her from the MSPCA. Her original owner got rid of her because she "barked" too much. Because of all the abuse she endured she was very skittish and startled very easily. After a while she became familiar to our routine and became the most loving dog considering what she had gone through in her former life. She was a "survivor". All the neighbors loved her when her "PA" would take her for 3 daily walks around the neighborhood. She made friends with the postman and the UPS man who occasionally would leave a treat for her. She has left a void in our lives and will be missed by many.
