Bailey was the best dog anyone could ever ask for. She was full of so much life and positivity, that when you were with her it rubbed off on you. She was always a special dog, I knew it from the moment I held her in my arms the first day I got her. There was an instant attachment between her and I from that day on.

There isn't a moment that goes by or a single thing that I can do without thinking about her. After losing an animal that has such an impact on your life, it is almost too difficult to function without her. Everything I do reminds me of some silly thing she did.

Bailey's favorite toy was a stuffed animal dog that was bigger than her. But she proved size never mattered when she used to whip the dog around, haha.

Her favorite food was hamburger meat and her favorite treat was Wheat Club Crackers.. such a strange treat to love, but we laughed that she was perfect for our family and fit right in because that was our favorite snack too.

Bailey was such a smart dog. I used to brag that she knew each and every one of her toys by name, and that if you told her to "Get Puppy" or "Bring me your Christmas Bone" she knew the difference. She had 10 toys, and knew each and every single one of them by name. Bailey was a dog like no other - and I'm happy that I was blessed to have her.

There is not enough words to express the love I had for her, and even though I can never have her back, I know she is no longer suffering and those two years that I had her was the best two years of her life. I know that I gave her all the love I could, and made her as happy as I could during her short life.
