She's the sweetest dog ever. She wanted everyone to be happy

Nickname: Mist, Mitzy, Beautiful, BabyGirl

Misty was my 1st and only dog. She was my present for learning to read when I was 7 years old.
There were 3 other dogs and her. The other dogs were jumping wild, while misty sat in the corner with her ears down and had a shy face. I barely noticed the other dogs. I looked at her, pointed, and said, "her." I was terrified! I barely even pet a dog before, but she just laid in my mom's lap and we pet her. On the ride home, she had to sit on my lap in the back seat and I was freaking out. We got her home and she pooped under a side table. She was so cute.
She grew so big so fast with the German Shepard and Husky in her. I had a twin size bed. Her and I would sleep in it together every night and she took up the whole bed! But she kept my feet warm which was great!
I remember a long time ago, my niece would sing into her tail.
She loved pictures as she got older. But, when she little, she would never stay still for a picture!
Misty loved when people would lay on the floor with her. I used to get a blanket and cuddle with her under it a lot. The day before she passed she was barking nonstop, so I sat on the floor with her for a little petting her because I hadn't much since I started college.
One time she was on the chain in the backyard, while my mom, dad, and me were getting the pool ready. Somehow Misty jumped in the pool! We were there the whole time so she was fine, but she was sooo scared!
When I was going through a hard time in my life, Misty was always there. She licked up your tears when you were crying. She had arthritis which made walking a little difficult. But, she would walk up the stairs when she heard me cry, even though she was hurting and lay there with me.
She loved when she got to see Grandma. She would wag her tail so fast when we would tell her she was going to see Grandma. When Grandma would come over she would sit right at her feet.
I always thought we looked alike. She had golden fur and I have golden skin naturally. We both have brown eyes and were the same weight for the longest time.
I miss seeing her everywhere I go when I go throughout my house. I would always find her to say, "Hi mist," and give her a pet, even if I wasn't going that way.
