This is Blizzie's space. It is a place where all those who knew him can leave their blessings and words of kindness as he steps out on his new journey. He was the constant companion of my friend Jillian, and it saddens us all that these two were parted unecessarily early in their friendship. On the sunnier side of things, when a connection is as strong as this one was, one will know that the parting is only a matter of physical entity. Those of us separated from our loved ones by the lines of life and death know that someday, these barriers will dissolve and we will once again be united.

Our dogs teach us to be better people because they are whole, pure beings. They live life in the moment only, and remind us constantly of the virtues of patience, dedication, loyalty, playfullness and love. These lessons were not lost upon Jillian. I am positive that he knew his love was returned as well. Blizz led a good life and was cared for by a good person. We miss him and wish him well during his passing.
