*I am posting this for a friend of my Mothers.

This is a story about a dog named Shadow. He was a 11 year old black lab. When he was a puppy he was trained to be seeing eye dog and was rejected. Jack & Lucille Hawkins adopted him. They are an older couple and loved him dearly. They are very saddened by his passing. He would ride with them to there favorite restaurant and wait for them. He had been very sick and knew that he was dying. Would not eat and drink for over a whole week. They can't understand how a human could love a dog so so much. They will miss there best friend Shadow everyday. Blessings & Peace. p.s.(I hope Shadow is now no longer in pain and enjoying his days at Rainbow Bridge)
