You will be always in my heart, as you were the best companion in my life. I will never forget you.

The greatest companion a person can have. He always wanted company and always followed me everywhere, even to the bathroom, and never liked to be left alone. He was crazy about food couldn't see anyone eating, he was very gluttonous and loved to play fetch with his toyball (although he never retrieved the ball to me, I had to go and catch him instead). He loved to walk despite all the troubles and heart complications he had. He was always with me, when I was in the sofa sitting or laying, he asked me to climb up next to me, and when I was sitting on the computer he just sit right belowmy chair. When it was bedtime, he would sleep at my feet and warmed my legs. When I was about to walk him out, I didn't have to say anything, I just had to lean my head to the door twice and he knew it was walking time and he would start waving his tail and barking. He was a very loyal dog, he knew no tricks, but that doesn't matter, because all I wanted was his companionship and attention. We was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy two and a half years ago and he suffered a lot. He coughed very hard but always had the strength and the good mood to continue on and on, always followed me everywhere and was always begging for food even if he just ate 2 minutes before. From 26th October onwards, the downward spiral began and he started to lay down a lot and not wanting to go out. I took him to the clinic everyday, only bringing him back home to sleep with us. Everyday he came back he was a little better but still in pain. Sadly, Sunday, 30th October he refused to eat anything and could barely breathe nor would he stand up, so God forgive me for this, I had my worst decision ever to put him to sleep, so he wouldn't suffer anymore. It was the worst decision I ever had to make in my life and I was alone with him, without our father or my brother. I hope you are fairing well in your Heaven with lots of ham and running on the endless grass you may find there. I will miss you forever, Freddy. I cannot stand being here without you and I'm sorry for not being a better brother. I want you and I miss you Freddy, forever.
