To my beautiful Princess ~
You were born to be mine. We made it through some tough times. Thank you just doesnt sound enough for the 20 years of undying , protective, unconditional love you had for me. You were one of my kids and it broke my heart to let you go. I miss you ever single day. I pray we will be together again someday. Wait for me at the Bridge baby girl.

I thought after a year this might be easier to do. It still hurts as much. She didnt want to go but was so miserable and in so much pain. It completely broke my heart to make the decision I had to make. I honestly felt like I was letting go of one of my children. I was so lucky to have her for 20 years.

~She would always look for me to be by my side.

~She loved ice cream. I used to take her for 'car rides' to get ice cream as a treat. She would 'talk' to the person taking the order and they knew it was Jasmine. She would always eat it slow enjoying every single lick.

~She would sleep with her stuffed ball in her mouth.

~I watched her get hit by a car. I saw it coming and covered my eyes as I didn't want to watch. I heard her yelp. After about 5 minutes I finally got the nerve to uncover my eyes and she was standing in the yard right in front of me !!

~We moved a lot and there was NEVER EVER a question as to whether or not she would go with me. Ever. Pets remember and I would never have done that do her. She would have died without me.
