Judgy, you came to us a feared, insecure boy, not liking the world, especially the men in it. You didn't know how to play ball, or fetch, or even walk on a leash. After months of love and respect, you grew to love us as much as we loved you. Bazil (your girl) instantly took to you, as you did to her. She misses you, boy.
You were so tolerant of the puppies, well, except for that one time with Elsa, but she needed to learn boundaries, right? She misses you already!
You were always waiting at the door, your whole body wagging with excitement to see us and your big, goofy face always had a smile for us, which always made us smile.
Marley misses his buddy, too. He knew he could come to you for a good romp. You boys, how you would tear up the house!
I will miss how you would snuggle up to us on the sofa and bed. When daddy wasn't home, you'd curl up on top of my feet to keep me warm... or was it to keep you warm? When you weaseled your way to the bed for a belly rub, you loved to snuggle between us… talking to us, keeping us warm ('course you were on top of the blankets, so we didn't have any!) :)
My dear, sweet, boy, what made you go into the road this morning? You never went in the road, ever! Were you chasing something? I can't imagine your pain. I am so very, very sorry my love.
Daddy found you and carried your broken body home, all 75+ lbs!. He fell on the ice in the driveway and hurt his knees. Your blood was covering his bathrobe. There was no comfort for our grief. It was too much to bare. We love you so very, very much, Judgy.
Please say hello to Oscar and Harley, you remember them, right... the pesky cats that loved picking on you? You'll meet other brothers and sisters, too. And one is very special. Her name is Sasha. You'll notice her right away. She's a beautiful, white Samoyed. She's waiting for you boy. Go find her and make your home together and wait for us at Rainbow Bridge.
