Always Remembered, Always Loved.

Nickname: Mickey Mo Mo

Mickey Mo Mo was your pet name. You were the lost dog our daughter brought home with Bebe girl in 2002. We looked all over for your family, but could not find out where the two of you came from. My daughter, Deidre Love was at McDonalds, and you jumped right in the car when she called you, but your traveling companion Bebe (dachshund) had to be chased down. The reason for your name - Mickey. That was ten years ago. You were always so good, and never any trouble. If you went walking with us, you never left our side. When you took your car rides you never even needed a leash, as you were just so happy just to be anywhere we were. You were the prettiest dog ever with your beautiful colors in your face, right down to the perfect white tip on your tail. Your life made this home something special to look forward to each and every day. The vet told us you were around 6 or 7 years old when you came to us ten years ago. What we noticed within a few weeks, is that you and Bebe could say in doggy words "Ri Rove Roooooo" Lowering the roooo as you barked it. It was just perfect, and you would say it over and over. We love you too Mickey, and we always will.

The deep contentment you brought to us in your personality and life will forever warm our hearts. I love you with my whole heart, and loving you truly was the greatest gift anyone could ask for in this life. Thank you so much for sharing most of your life with our family of people and dogs, I wouldn't have missed it for the world, and wouldnt have changed a thing. I'm still looking for that nose peeking out from under our bed, so we can pet you as we pass by. That is how we found you when you died, asleep, but no longer with us in your special and favorite spot in our home.

You loved the other dogs in this home, and especially your special spot under the bed where you and Connor curled up together each night. You also loved your rides each night in the Expedition around the neighborhood, and you would lay your head in the open window as we drove slowly around for about 10 minutes, and just sing. You were so special, and will be missed so much

Today we woke up and you ate breakfast, and went back into the bedroom for your nap. As we were leaving for a little while, we went back to tell you goodbye, and found you were not sleeping, but had passed. We are now having to say a permanent goodbye from this life, until we see you again. Your eyes were shut, and I hope you went peacefully in your sleep. We loved so much Mickey, and you can let go now. Go to the rainbow bridge and find your pal Bebe, and when that moment arrives that I get to see you again.....I will call out your name and you and I and the others will walk into heaven together for eternity.

You were my blessing, and I know these days are going to be difficult without you. But they say that missing someone gets easier every day because even though it's one day further from the last time you saw each other, it's one day closer to the next time you will.

We love you sweet sweet Mickey Mo Mo. Missing you even though it's only been five hours ago. God speed, and may the Lord watch over you and I while we are separated from each other.
