Molly was a mommas dog and queen of the house. She was such a sweet little girl.

Nickname: moomoo

We went to an adoption day at Pet Smart in Wentsville Mo. to meet Molly for a companion to our male boxer Mac. When we arrived, there was a little girl walking Molly around the store but we had already filled out the adoption papers online so we had already unofficially adopted her. The little girl was really upset when she found this out. I felt really bad when we left with Molly because the girl was so upset. We got over that pretty quick though. Molly was real quiet on the ride home and just laid in my lap the whole way. When we got home she wasted no time in letting Mac know who was boss! LOL Mac just took it all in stride even though he was almost twice her size and could have been the boss if he wanted to. They got along really good after about a week and were best friends. After Mac crossed the rainbow bridge, Molly got all the attention and really ate it up. She was so good with the grandkids. Then one day apparently she ate a couple rubber duckies that were left on the side of the tub and started losing weight and not eating. Once we found out what was going on we had them surgically removed from her tummy. She never really was the same after that, she would not play with toys anymore at all! Then she was diagnosed with a-typical addisons disease and had to get a shot every 25 days and take prednisone daily. She finally got to the point where she would not hardly eat at all and had lost 29 lbs., she eventually got so weak that we had to make the decision to let her go. She let us know it was time but it was still one of the most difficult decisions we have had to make. At 12:52am on Dec. 1st, 2017 Molly crossed the rainbow bridge to play with Mac again as they wait with Emma and Max for us to be with them again.

Rest easy Molly girl.....run and play until we meet again. We love and miss you terribly.
