My LADY ....No words right now.. Just HEARTACHE, SORROW AND GRIEF.. We played on Saturday , she hung out close by all day.. We live on a acre of land and she was never chained. Sunday am she wouldnt get up to eat and we took her to the vet asap.. She was diagnosed bleeding internally a mass in her spleen that ruptured..She also had trouble breathing..They put on on oxygen and took blood and xrays..They said they could operated but she might not make it and if she did.. she might only live 3-8 months.. We stood in the examing room for a couple of hours while she just laid on the gurney and we were loving on her.. Her breath became worse..We then decided was best to let her go.. II held her tight and looked into her eyes as they inserted a needle into the stent to calm her...They gave us private time,so we could talk to her and love on her.. She was sedated pretty deep but i still held her face and talked in her ears till they gave her the final needle that had her heart stop. While at that time, Mine was ripped out of my chest. I was waiting to wake up from a BAD dream. I dont know what to do with myself. I have to THINK about breathing or i will lose my air.She WAS and still IS my HEART my BREATH. She was a velcro dog.. Any and Everywhere I was SHE was. I AM Empty except for pain and heartache and memories..:-( :-( I will write more when i get composed and use to the idea and post stories of her life..
