My Tribute To Kristi
“Mommy’s Good Girl”

My darling baby girl, I am so sad to see you leave the world. You have given me 13 wonderful years of love, obedience, commitment and joy. Never have I had a companion as loyal as you. From the day that I rescued you, to the day we said goodbye, you gave your all to be the best you could…To me, and For me. You were truly “THE BEST” dog anyone could ever imagine. You were “My Baby” and I was “Your Mommy“. Nothing or no one could ever come between that, though several tried.

You have given me so many special memories that I will always cherish. I will never forget our walks in the park, with you running wild chasing the squirrels; our many games of tug of war, which you would always win; the way you loved to chase the suds when you got a bath or I washed my car; our quiet nights laying on the couch, with you laying on top of me with your chin on my tummy (you always had to have your mug resting on something) LOL! And I can’t forget your love for chicken...boy you could smell chicken from a mile away, and no one could break down a chicken bone like you! And since I taught you not to beg, the way you’d cut your eyes at my plate, without even turning your head. LOL!

I will miss you riding in the back seat of my car, and the way you always followed my every move with your beautiful sad eyes.. You were truly in love with your Mommy, and you would always know, when I would cry. You were such a lady and Prima Dona, the way you’d only do your business on the nicest lawns. Although, you Were kind of stuck-up.. when it came to other dogs….You were definitely a “people-person”. You had the cutest bottom I have ever seen, and hair as soft as silk. With your cookie-monster paws and your floppy little ears. What a beauty, what a gift!

You were such a “Good Girl”, the best that anyone could ever wish for. I hope you can forgive Mommy Kristi. I wanted for you to suffer NO MORE. Because all the things that made you happy… No longer could you enjoy. I hope your final days were not too terrible, and I know that maybe I kept you around longer than you chose to be..But please understand, I had to do what was also right for me. I hope your life was as happy as you made mine and I hope I spoiled you and loved you, beyond your imagination. I promise that I tried. You will always be “My Good Girl” and “Mommy’s little bunny rabbit”.

I know you are in Heaven now, watching over me from above. You will FOREVER be in my heart and FOREVER have my Love.
