Boo was the first boy doggie I ever had and out of every dog I've owned, he was the most affectionate. I never had to ask for kisses. He was never the same after his girlfiriend Tequila (another Bouv) died in 1999. He was definitely a mama's boy and when I was home he was 2 feet behind me (or 2 feet in front of me), sleeping in my bed with me, on the couch with me, on the patio, in the bathroom (in case something "happened" in there ahem) at all times. I probably kept him alive longer than I should have, and I'm convinced that getting another puppy in January of 2007 (alos another male Bouv) kept him young and kept him alive. It was sad to see the life and spunk and Bouv-ness ebb away his last 6 months of life and I knew the end was near but he HAD to take his 1/4 block walk with me (that took 30 minutes) because the other one got his! until the very day before he passed. I miss him terribly.
