Gone but never, ever forgotten. Forever in our hearts!!

Nickname: Bud Bud, Boo-Boo, Scrapper Dappers, Magoo, Dapper

Scraps was the most gentle of dogs. He made me laugh every day and brought so much warm and happiness into our home. Every time I was sick or not feeling well, he would always sit near me and keep me company. He had this funny way of howling to get our attention or just to be playful. He loved running in his big yard and watching the neighborhood dogs walk on by. He loved to sniff the air and couldn't wait for Daddy to get home from work, I swear he could hear his truck a mile away. He would always run to the window and wait.
I remember he always would put his head on my lap while I was watching TV, just to say " hello". Trips to the vet were always uneventful, he never even flinched while he was getting his shots or a check up. He never got out of hand and never jumped up on any of our guests. He just wanted to be a part of the crowd.

I remember when it stormed he would " head for the hills" run until he ran out of house. He used to scamper to the bathroom and lean up against the tub or run under our bed and stay there for hours. I remember his snoring, his dreaming, and the way he would sit on the carpet with his legs crossed. He was the most amazing of dogs. Always gentle, sweet, and laid back. I always used to get him special treats and toys whenever I went shopping. Even if funds were low, I always used to get him a bone or two. I loved bringing him home presents from the store. It made me feel good.

He loved toes, too!! He loved to lick toes!! It felt weird but it was so funny when he was doing it. We used to take him for puppy cups at DQ, he loved that too.

I miss all the quirky things about him. I miss it all and this is such a hard time for us. Each time I think of him, my heart hurts. It literally hurts. He was a cutie, my little man, my sunshine puppy. Always faithful. Always funny. Always in our hearts and on our minds. R.I.P. my little puppy, until we meet again.
