Nickname: Boo
Boo was a very memorable dog. From the day that we brought her home as a little, 1 pound fluff ball, we knew that she was special. She had white fur, but was not albino; had blue eyes, but could see; and was often in the way, but never ignored or unloved. She was quiet, and didn't bark much like other dogs, but when it came to turtles, she was the loudest dog on the street. She never quite understood the idea of tricks, but always greatly enjoyed the treat that she got when she performed one. Her daily competition with her companion Max consisted of sprinting as fast as she could to reach a toy before him, which she often did with her head start. Because of this daily enjoyable activity, she rarely had the need to go on a walk, but when she did, she enjoyed it that much more. On her walks she was often the better of the two, keeping behind Max in her correct spot, thus making her very enjoyable on the few walks she attended. When her puppy Ollie came along, she was thrilled not only for a son, but to have someone that she could beat in her competition! She cared for him everyday until he moved away. He came to visit her occasionally, and she was always extremely excited to see her young energetic pup who quickly outgrew her. She always looked forward to bedtime and the treat that followed every night, and would begin to follow anyone she saw for an hour every day, waiting for the call that signaled the days end. She loved to help in the kitchen, and often sampled the food and ingredients that fell on the floor, approving of them every time. She was the most loved dog in the world, and was always by her family when something upsetting happened; even now, she wait with us as the memories flow through our minds, and we remember what a wonderful daughter she was.
