Brandy was such a sweetheart, and we'll miss her very much. She lived a good life!

Nickname: Stinky Willy, Missy

Brandy was full of personality. I believed she thought she was human. One of her favorite things to do was to hunt for dirty socks. She would actually whine at the hamper until you dug out the socks. She knew there was two of them and would wait until you gave her the second one. Then she would ball them up and carry them around. She would also like to unwrap presents. At Christmas "Santa" would have to put the presents out of her reach, and she would always help my step-son unwrap them. It was always fun to watch. Brandy also enjoyed long walks, vanilla ice cream, and chasing the cat. Her life was good, but last January we noticed her starting to take a downward turn. She had lost a lot of weight and the vet couldn't determine what was going wrong. Near the end of her life she started having trouble with the stairs and we had to carry her outside to go to the bathroom. We knew her quality of life had passed and made the tough decision to have her put down. It was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. I know she is in a better place now, but we will miss her very much. I had Brandy for 12 years and it's been hard to adjust to life around the house without her. Our cat, Sami, seams to look for her. I think she misses her too! Brandy - we miss you and will think of you always.
