Shiba, we're so thankful to have had you. We'll never forget you. You'll always be in our hearts.

Shiba always got her way. She threw little tantrums if she needed to go for a walk, get a snack, or wanted someone to play with. She'd even place the play toy right in our laps to get our attention. Whenever someone had food or headed for the kitchen she'd be there right beside us staring us down with her puppy dog eyes. Spaghetti noodles were here favorite so whenever she saw some she'd go crazy and spin in circles until she got a piece.

Shiba was a very loving dog. She always knew that it was us at the front door and would be the first one to greet us. She'd jump for joy whenever we came home. She didn't like to be alone so she'd find comfort in having someone with her. Her favorite place to sleep was next to someone. She liked to cuddle under the covers. She loved having the attention on her and if someone would stop petting her she'd lick their hands to continue. If you were petting her she'd even place her paws around your hand to keep from pulling away.

Shiba was a wonderful dog. She was obedient, smart, funny, and stubborn. She was a like a smaller little person. She seemed like she understood what someone was saying to her. She's the best dog anyone could have asked for.
