Intelligent dog that loved everyone

Nickname: Bubba

Batholomew was a wonderful dog that everyone loved. He was always waiting on me when I got off work because he knew we would go outside for a little while. He was always right there with you no matter where you went. I will miss him alot.

Bubba was a very smart dog that could do many tricks (speak, roll over, shake, and my wife taught him to speak when she touched her cheek a certain way). He loved everyone and the more company we had the more he liked it. He loved getting his belly scratched and a massage. He was diagnosed with epilepsy about a year before he died. The last 3 months were seizure free and he was getting back to his old self. On March 1, 2010 he had a real bad seizure and would not come out of it. He was my wife's baby and he knew it. He could just look at her and get almost anything he wanted. He wieghed about 100 lbs but he would climb up in my wife's lap like he weighed 10 lbs. My wife is dealing with his death pretty good but we know you are better now and are not hurting anymore. We will be together again.
