Anya, you have been my best friend through everything, I love you!

Nickname: Baby Girl

We got Anya when she was a puppy from a breeder. We had her for almost 5 years, her birthday would have been on April 30th. She was the best dog ever, she was MY dog. At times it seemed like she understood me, like she was my best friend. We did everything together, we never left each others side. In the summer Anya would always love to play in the sprinkler and her little pool we got her. Whenever I would go and jump on the trampoline she would always HAVE to come up too, and she actually jumped along. We were inseparable, until that hear wrenching day. We had just moved recently, and we let her outside with the other dogs to go potty. We tried calling her back, and she ALWAYS comes right when you call...there was something wrong. I took my car down to the end of the drive way and there she was...I couldn't do anything but scream, my best friend was gone. My mom (who is hard of hearing) heard me all the way up at the house, and came running down. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do for her. That day was the worst day of my life. I could have never imagined life without her. Now, we sit at home with her 4 month old puppy, who is growing up JUST like her. She will never be forgotten...our best friend and beloved mother.
