The Queen of our home and our hearts passed on. She was our Guardian Angel and we will greive her !

Nickname: Roxy

Roxy was a companion dog for many as they lay dying and for those who had lost their own beloved pets when they had to give up their own homes through illnesses, this is an Adult Foster Care Home and she was our Angel.

Even those who feared Pitt Bulls, due to the media implanted fears running rampade, learned to love her. As soon as they got to know Roxy, they embraced her with their love and allowed her to care for them and assist them with their own needs and sorrows.

One of our favorite stories about Roxy, was the time one of our little ladies fed her dentures to Roxy, when she was still a pup. I trained Roxy well, but it was hard to keep her from trying to please the ladies at my home. One of my little ladies sneaked food to Roxy under the table. Every time I caught this I'd send Roxy to lay down in the living room. the ladies would still beckon her to get food from them. One day I caught this out of the corner of my eye and sent Roxy away firmly. She obeyed like a good doggie. a little later, i went in and she was still chewing on ' something '. I wondered what she could be still chewing. I went and looked and low and behold, she had Hallley's dentures, just chewing away.

It was humerous, but ofcourse I thought I would have to buy a new pair. I didnot look forward to telling the family. But I did right away. they got a big kick out of it and said don't worry about it, mom didn;'t want her teeth anymore anyway. Which is true. She was always trying to put them on someone's plate or giving them away. I guess she just got tired of them getting put back in her mouth. So she called Roxy to the table and handed them to the puppy to eat.
