I still remember the day I found you on the internet. It was a Sunday morning, around 8am. I should have been headed to church, but I decided to look for a puppy. I found an ad, in the Charlotte news paper, and it said "Yorkies $275 in China Grove NC". I called the number and a sweet, older lady(Hazel) answered the phone. I asked if she still had any puppies and she explained that she had one left. Hazel told me a family was coming to see him in about four hours, but if I got there first with the money, she would sell him to me. I hopped in my Nissan truck, with my friend Nat, and drove straight to China Grove. Hazel took us in a small room, where you were in a baby crib. You were a tiny and hyper little boy! She took you out of the crib, and placed you on the floor. As soon as your little feet hit the ground, you took off! You only stopped once (to eat), the whole time. Hazel got a hand full of food, to show me how much you would need to eat. You gobbled up that food in just a few seconds. I instantly fell in love with you! I drove to the ATM, got the money, and drove back to buy you. On the way home, I was trying to come up with a name for you. Nat and I went back and forth and finally I came up with "Wasabi" Everyone thought that you had the cutest/coolest name!

I always thought I looked funny with you. Here I am, this big guy, with a little bitty dog. I didn't care! I was so proud to show you off! I told people about you, every chance I got. We had such a great time together! You slept with me every night. You loved to "sit in your recliner"(my arm) and you could sit there for hours! I remember when you chased the water truck, and bit its tire! I remember when you bit the police officer on the shoe! and who could forget the time you jumped up and bit the cable man in his crotch! :) I also remember the tough times. I remember you waking me up in the middle of the night yelping because you couldn't poop! I remember when you seemed to pop your knee out of joint every couple months. I remember, and thank you for cleaning Kimchis eyes. Also, thanks for all the times you "cleaned up" Kimchis poop!!!

I feel so bad for leaving you home for hours at a time! I also feel bad for not always being the best "Dad" I loved you very much, and already miss you even more! I don't know if there is a "Doggy Heaven" or not, but I sure hope to see you apgain one day!
