Where do I start. you came into our family when Augie (my son) brought you home with a coworker from his job. Your owner said he couldn't keep you any more, you were 5 years old. Augie convinced me to take you which I was very reluctant to do at the time. We were sitting outside and you started jumping all over me, so I said yes, I'll try it out. Well you were with us for 10 years after that, and I was never sorry for taking you. You had a couple of accidents in the house in the beginning, but you were in a strange place. We noticed anytime you saw a broom, or a newspaper you would run, I wondered if maybe you were abused. You were a great watch dog, you barked if someone came in, we always laughed because you would run up the stairs after anyone who would leave. Snowball, Augie's dog was not your best friend, you two did not get along, I do hope things are different with the both of you in DOGGY HEAVEN, and your friends now. Michael, my other son, well you and him became very close, you were his saviour in so many ways, when he needed a friend. When you left us he lost his best friend. Michael,Augie, and myself were with you when you left us. You were Bridgets little puppy as she called you, her baby. Augie and Dawn always took you to get groomed. But one night a year before you left us, we all came home from my birthday dinner, and we noticed you were walking into things, you went blind, and eventually lost most of your hearing, the vet said you had a stroke. You lasted a year like that, but just kept getting worse, so it was your time for DOGGY HEAVEN. We still look around and expect to see you, or lying next to Michael near his chair, or next to my bed, while I'm sleeping. You were a wonderful part of our family, and you will never be forgotten. Mommy loves you. RIP MY FLOPPY. Make friends with SNOWBALL.
